Our space brings together therapy, body-based care, and holistic services under one roof. Healing doesn’t happen in pieces, it happens when the whole person is supported. Whether you are coming in for counseling, bodywork, or something else, our intention is the same: to create an environment where you don’t have to perform, or translate your experience to be understood.

Our care includes a range of offerings designed to bring a whole-body approach to healing. We provide individual therapy for ages 4+ as well as specialized support for trauma, relationships, families, identity exploration, and life transitions. Alongside mental health services, we also offer holistic skincare, acupuncture, medical massage, psychiatry, naturopathy, nutrition, yoga, and more. Whether you are seeking deeper emotional work or simply a moment to slow down and care for yourself, our services are designed to feel intentional, grounding, and genuinely supportive.

Supporting the LGBTQIA+ community is woven into the foundation of how we practice. Every therapist at Soul Space is committed to providing affirming, respectful, and culturally sensitive care. For many, the search for a provider that “gets it” can be a long and exhausting journey. That’s why we’re intentional about creating this space where identity is welcomed and honored.
