The third Friday of the month is on the horizon, and you know what that means… We finally get to quench our thirst at Tucson’s Gay Happy Hour, G3! This month will be even more special as we will officially start the 7th year of this regular event series! Seven years of delivering fantastic locations and luxurious libations to Tucson LGBT community. How fast time flies… I remember when you were simply an idea… An idea that has become fully realized thanks to the tireless dedication of Pete King and his team. So what do they have in store for us this July 2019 G3?
July 2019 G3: Gay Happy Hour at Contigo Latin Kitchen
The July Gay Happy Hour will take place in Contigo Latin Kitchen, the delicious latin-fusion restaurant located inside the Westin La Paloma Resort. That’s right, we’ll have all the astonishing views and fabulous comforts to ourselves for this one night only! The party starts at 5pm sharp, so head over as soon as you get off work and have a great time with your friends at G3!
Let’s not forget about the fantastic dishes served up at Contigo! There is a fantastic taco special, with everything grilled right in front of you so you can get the full experience of the flavors and aromas. For my seafood lovers, there is a Spanish Paella special that is out of this world! These plates and plenty more are on special for us all night, with servers available to bring you anything you might like.
July 2019 G3: Gay Happy Hour Forever
To watch G3 grow from it’s infancy to the wonderful community event is has become has been a special ride. We can always count on the energy of Tucson’s LGBT community, but we are happy to see that we can also rely on the hospitality and welcoming of Tucson as a whole. As this amazing event has criss-crossed through numerous Tucson hot-spots, I am always struck at how loving and kind each G3 has become. Let’s have a toast to G3 and more excellent Tucson LGBT events in the future!
