Shout out to Senior Pride! Keeping up with the gay community in Tucson has become a Herculean task. There are always new organizations with new events and lots of new people to meet. It wasn’t always this way, though; we had to go through some growing pains. For a time, most gay groups didn’t do much and they didn’t have websites to tell you if they were doing anything. Thanks to active and engaging groups like Southern Arizona Senior Pride, we’ll be working overtime for the foreseeable future.
Our community is alive and growing, so our clubs and organizations should reflect that. The event programmers at Senior Pride have taken that advice to heart by offering a full line-up of fun events and seminars to the entire community!
