The Trans*Form Employment Expo is a transgender job fair coming to Pima Community College – Downtown Campus to show the transgender job-seekers of tomorrow what the working world has for them. Specifically, the event will discuss issues and solutions for problems in transgender employment and there will be a number of break-out sessions devoted to individual parts of the job search.
The employment picture of LGBT, and especially transgender, citizens can be uncertain, which makes me so proud of the folks at SAGA Tucson for planning and executing such an important transgender job fair. The specific issues that affect the transgender working community will be addressed, but the event is open to the larger community as well! If you or a friend are unsure about the job market and hope to find places where you feel you can fit in, be sure to head over to PCC Downtown on Nov. 8th for the TRANS*FORM Employment Expo!
