2016 Tucson Gay Pride has moved back to its original location!
That’s right, Kino Sports Complex is out and Reid Park is back in.
Festival organizers tried something different by moving Tucson Pride to Kino Sports Complex for past years, unfortunately, attendance dropped considerably. Now the celebration is back to its Grassroots and is at its original location where it’s lush, green, tree-lined, dog friendly, and convenient.
Let’s reunite and make this year’s Tucson Gay Pride event bigger than ever! Come to support local businesses and each other. Meet old friends and make new ones! There is always fun for everyone and everyone is welcome, that includes not just the LGBTQ+ community but allies as well!
DATE/TIME: Saturday, October 1, 2016 – 12 noon to 9:00 pm
Location: Reid Park. DeMeester Outdoor Performance Ctr, 900 S. Randolph
TICKETS: $10.00 online – $12.00 at door.
EVENT: Showstopper performances throughout the day. Family-friendly, with many vendors from Tucson services, cafe-style seating in the shade, and your favorite food trucks.
THEME: Solidarity through Pride
