The Wingspan Classic is a charity golf tournament to benefit Wingspan, Southern Arizona’s lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community center.
The Classic Golf Tournament is Wingspan’s major fundraising event each year and it has raised close to $50,000 since its first kick off in 2009.
This funding received from this event is essential in providing critical support to at-risk and homeless youth, survivors of violence, transgender people and LGBT people in general.
This year’s tournament is on November 9th at the Omni Tucson National Resort. Entry fee is only $125 per player and includes green fees, golf cart, driving range, goody bag and a pasta dinner.
