Is that a good thing?

The current gay right bill before the US senate could pass by Thanksgiving according to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid.

ENDA has been introduced to almost every congress since 1994 and failed by a single vote in 1996. That was the last full senate vote it received.

Current Federal laws ban employer discrimination based on on race, color, sex, nationality, religion, age or disability.

The current legislation includes provisions ensuring protection for religious-based employers.

Apparently, 55 senators have pledged their support with the protection language included
but passage is uncertain in the GOP controlled House.

It begs the question, If you strive to fail and succeed, what have you done?
