When and Where is the January LGBT Chamber of Commerce 2020 Out & About Networking Mixer?
The first Networking Mixer of the year will take place on Thursday, January 9th starting at 5:30pm and running until 7:30pm. The event will be hosted by Creativa Studios at 2318 S. 4th Ave. Tucson AZ 85713 . It’s a free event but spots fill up fast, so you’ll want to RSVP as soon as you can to make sure they can accommodate you! Wasn’t it called the GLBT Chamber of Commerce?
My long-time readers will know the Tucson LGBT Chamber of Commerce under a different name. It seems a rebranding has occurred. They have juxtaposed the first two letters of the acronym to fit better with the rest of society. Therefore, the GLBT Chamber becomes the LGBT Chamber.
Admittedly, most will find this news to be unexciting, but changing your name on the internet is a very big deal. It’s almost as if they have a new identity, along with a brand-new web design and marketing campaign. I would like to congratulate the Tucson LGBT Chamber of Commerce for updating their branding!
