Turnabout for TIHAN is finally here! One of my favorite events is coming back to a bar near you! Turnabout for TIHAN is considered to be one of the most fun and entertaining events held for the entire Tucson community. Follow below to find out why!
Turnabout for TIHAN is a wonderful show hosted by fantastic entertainers and featuring your friendly neighborhood barkeep and staff. Many different venues are represented as they put on elaborate costumes and perform for your charitable contributions. All proceeds go to support the Tucson Interfaith HIV/AIDS Network (TIHAN) and it’s critical mission of providing food, medical supplies, and emotional / social support for the Tucson community.
So, now that you are convinced and I’m expecting to see you there, here are a few tips to make sure you have a great time:
- There will be a cocktail hour from 5pm – 6pm, with the show beginning soon after, so make sure you are there in time!
- Speaking of time, make sure you arrive early (unless you have a reserved table) as the event fills up FAST!
- You might want to grab a bite to eat before 5pm as there isn’t any food served at the event and you won’t want to leave once you’re there. Or, you can drink you calories, like I plan to do 🙂
