Cher – The Advocate Behind the Persona

The Mamma Mia! 2: Here We Go Again star is a huge part of the soundtrack of my life but her advocacy work truly began to shine with the coming out and eventual transition of her son, Chaz Bono. This is when I began to notice the strength of her convictions as she lovingly supported Chaz as he became recognized for the person he always was.
I also have to comment on Cher’s captivating sense of fashion, now referred to as the Bob Mackie style. This has become the preferred style for glamorous cross-dressing, complete with intricate headdresses and wild feathered outfits. If you ask me, her extravagant fashion sense is as inspirational as her music!
