Quickly recognizing unique threats the coronavirus may hold for older LGBTQI+ adults, Tucson research scientists Beth Meyerson and Sally Dodds sprang into action early in the pandemic to administer a survey of COVID risks and impacts for our community–perhaps the first such study ever conducted. Funded by the Southwest Institute for Research on Women (SIROW) this study provides the information you, your family, and friends need to know about COVID and the older LGBTQI+ adult experience.
