Is it just me or do you feel like this year has started off in high gear?
I have had several new clients referred to me in the last week, 50/50 buyers and sellers and one of the homes I have listed just received a cash offer with a back up offer. Haven’t seen that in awhile.
If this is any indication of 2009, paint me ecstatic.
