Tucson celebrated it’s 10th anniversary of the passing of theSept.15th.2003 Tucson Domestic Partnership Ordinance which became effective December 1, 2003.
There was no pomp and circumstances but it is important to note that Tucson was the first city in Arizona to pass same sex legislation into law.
I have added a Domestic Partnership Registration page which contains enough information to help anyone who is interested in learning more about the protection provided and what the law contains.
